I am one of the family's going down to help this family. I was just shown this video by one of our pastors and went home to check out your blog. I have been blogging for many years on the net (since 97'). I can give you some advice on your video presentations.
I want to post other videos you have, however, just like there are cultural differences between Ensenada, Mexico versus Southern California (I go to church in shorts and a T-shirt, whereas there is more of a conservative dress-code expected at YOGO) -- so too there is a culture of making videos to be embedded in peoples blogs and web-sites.
The introduction needs to be short. I see that yours take up a good portion of the actual video. The Internet “surfers” have a short attention span, and if multiple videos from your site are embedded, they will not sit through multiple videos if there is the same footage that they have to sit through. They will click out of the page the video is embedded to continue surfing rather than click to the end of the intro footage.
Just a tip. I am working on a blog about the family our church (Northpark) is helping. Let us know if there are any clothes sizes we need to be aware of to bring for the family. My email is:
